You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Keeway account. Do not share your login credentials with others or use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, or reverse-engineering any part of Keeway.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and software components of Keeway are the property of Latencot. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Latencot is not responsible for any loss, unauthorized access, or compromise of your Keeway account. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion. You may also request termination of your account by contacting us at sankalp@latencot.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
